Graphics, Images and HTML coding used to create the Auction Templates will remain property of Blessed by Designs in part and in whole. Some graphics remain the property of their respective artists, and are used with permission. You are purchasing a limited license agreement that grants you permission to use the copyrighted graphics and template within your own personal eBay auctions. Template codes and graphic images may NOT be altered or modified in any way without specific permission, and may never be shared, distributed, duplicated, or offered for sale in whole or part. Credits, including an active link to my store, located at the bottom of the template must remain attached to all templates, and may not be altered or removed. Template contains an eBay approved ‘no right click’ script to protect copyrighted graphics and images, and may not be altered or removed. Templates are for your personal use ONLY. Auction templates are to be used ONLY within your eBay auction listings. About Me pages and eBay store designs must be purchased separately. These graphics may NOT be used for any web design. Graphics used to create the Background Sets will remain property of Blessed by Designs in part and in whole. Background sets are permitted for use within any of my "Do-It-Yourself" auction templates, or auction templates created by you for your own PERSONAL USE. (Do-it-Yourself templates are ONLY to be used with Blessed by Designs background sets.) Small commercial use is allowed, with some restrictions. Background images may be used in small commercial use projects where a completed tangible item is offered for sale, such as personal return address labels, greeting cards or a pre-designed scrapbook album. Items must not be delivered digitally. You may not use or offer the background sets for resale in whole or in part as a download for digital projects such as digital scrapbooking kits, or files used in decorating commercial or personal web sites, auction templates, blogs, or the like. You may use these graphics for your personal scrapbooking needs, such as to print seamless paper patterns or embellishments, but individual papers or paper packs may not be offered for sale. I do not require a commercial fee for small commercial use, however, I do request that you offer proper credit where your completed designs are offered online. Sending them to a company of any kind to have printed is considered large commercial use and not allowed. I do not require a commercial fee for small commercial use, however, I do request that you offer proper credit where your completed designs are offered online.
